Returns, Refunds & Compliance Policy

All Sales Final Policy

All sales are final. Due to the consumable and topical nature of our hemp-derived products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on ingestible products—including gummies—topical products, opened or used items, products removed from their original packaging, or products bought during promotions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify Calma Verde Botanicals within seven calendar days of confirmed delivery. Approved claims may result in a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

We require all manufacturing partners to comply with the 2018 Farm Bill, which limits Delta-9 THC content to no more than 0.3% by dry weight.
